People Who are Needed, but Seldom Seen

Fewer and larger abattoirs are making Australia’s meat processing industry less visible. With a focus on the experiences of Papua New Guinean labourers, small-scale farmers and butchers, this sub-project explores the im/perceptibility of the industry during a time of considerable change.
